Sunshine Villa Holidays Orlando - Terms & Conditions of Hire


Standard Booking Criteria
All bookings are made subject to the client’s acceptance of the listed terms and conditions. Bookings are only deemed as ‘confirmed’ after a signed copy has been received by Sunshine Holiday Villas Orlando, here on known as ‘The Company’, complete with a non refundable deposit.

The Company reserve the right to cancel any bookings at any stage, under any reasonable circumstances. If in the unlikely event the accommodation selected cannot be provided for reasons beyond our control, The Company will, with prior notification to the client, endeavour to book suitable / similar type alternative accommodation at no additional cost or issue a full refund. The refund will not exceed any sums previously paid to The Company. Bookings are only accepted for the designated number of persons stated and named on the completed booking form. Clients found contravening this requirement will be asked to leave with no refunds. Only ‘The Booker’ is authorised to make any alterations to reservations made.

Payments & Cancellation Policy
A non refundable deposit representing 25% of the total cost is required within 7 days. Non receipt of deposits will result in the booking being released after 7 days. Final balance monies are due 10 weeks before occupancy. A 2.5% charge will be levied on all Credit Card payments. No charge will be made for Debit Cards.

Under the terms and conditions the following cancellation policy will apply:

The cancellation period is only effective on receipt of notification in writing.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of an additional £200 is required on payment of the final balance. This will be refunded to the client 14 days after the Let subject to any deductions or costs incurred for any losses, additional cleaning costs incurred by spillages, soiling etc. or damages appropriate to the hired accommodation and its furnishing. In the event of clients cancelling after making this payment, a refund will be made once any appropriate cancellation fees have been deducted.

Liabilities / Standard Disclaimers / Force Majeure
The owners or their agents cannot accept responsibility, be responsible or be liable in respect of damage or changes caused by Force Majeure, e.g. strikes, floods, closure of airports, war, weather conditions or other events beyond our control, whether affecting part or the entire duration of the let.

The Company undertakes no responsibility for injuries or illness incurred using the accommodation, private pool, damage or thefts of personal property.

The swimming pool is used entirely at the guests own risk. No Diving is permitted  and  children must be supervised at all times whilst in the pool or pool area.

Should a problem relating to the property (Villa) arise during the rental period, you should immediately contact our management company who will take necessary action to resolve the matter quickly.

Complaints or a problem unresolved prior to departure from the villa must be reported in writing to our management company. We cannot accept any responsibility for complaints or problems not reported.

Any disputes or claims of negligence arising with this contract or occurring during the period of hire will be heard by a British Court of law.

Access and Departure
An information pack complete with maps and details on access will be forwarded to you 14 days before departure. To make your first nights stay more comfortable, a complimentary ‘Grocery Welcome Pack’ will be waiting for you in your villa. Rentals commence from 4 pm on the day of hire and departure of the property must be strictly completed by 11 a.m on the contracted date. Failure to vacate the property by 11 am WILL incur one extra day’s rental.
